Christian Rega advises corporate clients on shareholder ownership trends, valuation insights, and activism surveillance within Okapi’s Market Intelligence Group. Christian specializes in market intelligence and shareholder surveillance, providing strategic guidance across complex investor landscapes.

Christian’s experience spans multiple industries across US and Canadian equities, particularly the consumer, industrial, and automotive sectors. He has supported campaigns and monitored shareholder activity in M&A transactions involving Healthcare Trust of America, Neenah Paper FVC LLC, and V2X, Inc.

Prior to joining Okapi, Christian was an Operations Analyst at Morgan Stanley. He holds a B.S. in Finance from St. John’s University, where he was a lacrosse athlete.
