Jeremy Provost is a Managing Director at Okapi Partners, advising clients on annual and special meetings, contested director elections, and M&A transactions. He also works closely with the firm's Investment Management Solicitation Group, developing and executing retail shareholder engagement strategies for mutual funds, ETFs, closed-end funds, and other investment management clients. Jeremy's deep knowledge of the investor response process enables him to guide clients through complex solicitation campaigns with efficiency and precision.

Jeremy has grown his career entirely within Okapi, rising from analyst to Managing Director while working on some of the most closely watched proxy contests in recent years – including high-profile situations that have shaped how the industry approaches contested campaigns and shareholder engagement.

Jeremy holds a B.S. in Finance from Quinnipiac University.
