Peter Brennan is an Assistant Vice President in Okapi Partners' Investment Management Solicitation Group, focusing on proxy solicitation strategy and execution for the firm's mutual fund, closed-end fund, ETF, and other investment management clients. He also supports Okapi's SPAC solicitations and has contributed to annual and special meeting campaigns, contested director elections, and M&A transactions.

Peter's work centers on maximizing retail shareholder engagement – a critical component of investment management solicitations where individual investor participation can determine outcomes. His responsibilities include analyzing shareholder bases, coordinating targeted outreach efforts, and monitoring voting progress throughout the solicitation process. His understanding of the investment management space enables him to help clients move quickly and effectively through time-sensitive campaigns.
