Tony Quinn leads Okapi’s London office, working with a growing team to provide proxy services, market intelligence, and a holistic shareholder communication platform.

An industry leader with more than 30 years of experience, Tony has worked on over 1,500 transactions, including annual meetings and major corporate events, with many clients among the Global Fortune 500. With significant work across the US and EMEA, Tony and his team have been key players in some of the largest corporate deals in Europe.

Before joining Okapi, he held roles at Investor Update, Boudicca, HQB, and Georgeson. He holds a J.D. from New York Law School and a B.A. from Manhattanville College, and is a member of the New York Bar Association.
