Tracy Isola is a Senior Vice President at Okapi Partners and one of the firm's longest-tenured members, having been part of the team since its founding in 2008. She works directly with clients to manage and plan all aspects of solicitation campaigns, bringing operational depth and a steady hand to some of the firm's most active engagements.

With nearly 25 years of experience in proxy solicitation, Tracy is a trusted resource for clients navigating the full lifecycle of a campaign. Prior to joining Okapi, she served as a Director at Georgeson, where she worked on solicitations for over 500 companies across a wide range of industries and transaction types – experience that gives her an exceptional command of process, timing, and execution at scale.

Tracy holds a B.S. in Communications from St. John's University and a Master's in Education, also from St. John's University.
