Teresa is a Vice President at Okapi Partners specializing in proxy contests, annual and special meetings. Teresa works with clients managing and planning all aspects of solicitation campaigns. Selected campaigns Teresa has worked on include representing Homestreet Inc. against Roaring Blue Lion, USA Technologies Inc. against Hudson Executive Capital, Third Point LLC vs Campbell Soup Company and Starboard Value vs. GCP Applied Materials. She is an expert in institutional voting policies, voting patterns and vote projections. Teresa also coordinates institutional outreach campaigns for corporate clients.

Prior to joining Okapi Partners, Teresa tracked shareholder activism and created corporate takeover defense profiles for FactSet SharkRepellent, a takeover defense and corporate governance database. Teresa holds a B.S. in Economics and Psychology from Tufts University.
