Firm ranked top proxy solicitor for third year in a row

The firm represented both issuers and activists in 34 campaigns in 2018, including Third Point Partners in the activist hedge fund’s high profile proxy contest with Campbell Soup.
Okapi advised clients on nine more campaigns in 2018 than last year, making this year one of the most successful years for the firm since its 2008 founding.
