Bruce Kistler is a Managing Director at Okapi Partners and is part of our Corporate Governance Team focusing on ESG compensation issues for our corporate and investor clients. In addition to providing support on proxy matters, Bruce also provides advice and guidance to clients during their annual shareholder engagement efforts.

Prior to joining Okapi, Bruce spent over 9 years with Institutional Shareholder Services Inc. (ISS) Corporate Solutions. As an associate director for ISS, he led a team working with public company clients in a number of industries with a focus in real estate and insurance. Bruce and his team provided support on the design and disclosure of a broad range of corporate governance matters such as executive compensation, equity plans, and other traditional corporate governance practices.

Bruce holds a B.A in Economics from St. Mary’s College of Maryland.
