Christian Rega is an Assistant Vice President at Okapi Partners LLC, specializing in market intelligence and shareholder surveillance within the firm’s Market Intelligence Group.

Christian advises corporate clients on shareholder ownership trends, valuation insights, and activism surveillance. With expertise spanning multiple industries for both US & Canadian Equities—particularly the consumer, industrial, and automotive sectors—Christian provides strategic guidance to clients navigating complex investor landscapes.

Christian has played a key role in activism campaigns for several well-knows US companies, as well as in monitoring shareholder activity in M&A transactions involving Healthcare Trust of America, Neenah Paper FVC LLC, and V2X, Inc.

Before joining Okapi Partners, Christian was an Operations Analyst at Morgan Stanley on the ISG Trade Transaction Reporting Group, where he was responsible for trade data allocation and analysis.

Christian was a student-athlete on the St. John’s University Lacrosse Team and served on the Big East Conference Student-Athlete Advisory Council.

He holds a B.S. in Finance from St. John’s University.
