Jeremy is a Vice President at Okapi Partners where he specializes in annual and special meetings, contested director elections, and M&A transactions. Jeremy also works closely with the firm’s Investment Management Solicitation Group where he advises mutual funds, ETFs, closed-end funds and other investment management clients in developing and executing strategies tailored to retail shareholder engagement.  Jeremy’s keen knowledge of the investment response process helps clients efficiently and effectively manage successful solicitation outcomes.

Prior to joining Okapi Partners, Jeremy worked as a Summer Analyst for the Castlewood Select Opportunity Funds where he assisted the fund’s portfolio managers in developing and executing the firm’s long/short equity derivatives strategy. Jeremy earned a B.S in Finance from Quinnipiac University.
