Lisa Patel is a Managing Director at Okapi Partners focusing on advising companies and activist investors involved in proxy solicitation campaigns. She focuses on campaigns related to annual meetings, mergers and acquisitions and contested director elections.

Lisa has a decade of experience advising clients on governance issues as well as contested campaigns at multinational corporations. She provides her clients with analyses of shareholder composition, vote projections, and institutional shareholder contact lists. Lisa advises companies and coordinates institutional engagement campaigns.  She also helps clients understand potential investor and proxy advisor concerns related to ESG issues and recommends a course of action to resolve these and other corporate governance concerns.

Lisa holds a B.A. with a concentration in Economics from Bucknell University.
