Peter Brennan is an Assistant Vice President for Okapi Partners’ Investment Management Solicitation Group, where he specializes in advising and providing guidance to the firm’s mutual fund, closed-end fund, ETF and other investment management clients.

Peter’s experience with developing and executing strategies tailored to maximizing retail shareholder engagement helps clients to efficiently manage successful solicitation outcomes. He works on many of Okapi’s SPAC solicitations, and has also assisted on contested, annual, and special meetings.

Prior to joining Okapi Partners, Peter earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University at Albany.
