Tony Quinn heads the London office of Okapi Partners, working with a growing team to provide global proxy services, market intelligence and a holistic shareholder communication platform. An industry leader with more than 30 years of experience in global proxy solicitation, Tony has worked on over 1,500 transactions including AGMs/EGMs, shareholder activism, and friendly and hostile M&A transactions. His experience reflects work in the US and EMEA markets, including many clients among the Global Fortune 500. Tony and his team also have been involved with some of the largest corporate deals throughout Europe.

Tony’s previous experience includes positions with Investor Update Ltd., Boudicca, HQB, and Georgeson. He holds a J.D. from New York Law School and a B.A. from Manhattanville College.  He is a member of the New York Bar Association.
