Tracy Isola is Senior Vice President at Okapi Partners and has been part of the team since our inception.  Tracy works with clients managing and planning all aspects of solicitation campaigns.

Tracy has nearly 25 years of experience in the proxy solicitation business.  Prior to joining Okapi Partners, Tracy was a Director at Georgeson and worked on solicitations for over 500 companies.  She left to start a family in 2007.

Tracy holds a B.S. in Communications from St. John’s University, as well as a Masters in Education from St. John’s University.
